Try out dates         Nov. 21 and Dec 5

12U 12-1:30pm       14U 1:30-3:00pm   16U 3:00-4:30pm  18U 4:30-6:00pm

Teams will be picked by Dec 5th after the last try out is over.

You should hear by Dec 9th if you’ve made a team and given a time slot for your first practice Dec.12th.

Spirit wear (store open 12/12-12/26) we will do the best for turnaround time as the company allow us to.

Dues are due: In two installments or may be paid in full:

Cash or Check made out to Crystal City Volleyball Club

December 19th  18U, 17U, 16U-$300.00      15U, 14U, 13U, 12U -$200.00

January 9th           18U, 17U, 16U-$300.00      15U, 14U, 13U, 12U -$200.00

Failure to pay your dues on time will result in players not being able to play in tournaments, receive uniforms, and possible practice restrictions.

No refund will be given for leaving a team.


Communications with coaches is a must.  It is important to communicate about missing practices and or tournaments with plenty of time for coaches to make adjustments if needed.

Commitment to your team for practices and tournaments is crucial to the success of your team.

COVID protocol will be masks worn appropriately at all practices and tournaments unless your coach tells you differently.

Uniform top sizes will be collected at registration and confirmed by your coach at the first practice.  Numbers on the jerseys are randomly assigned due to player movement among teams and age groups if necessary.  Uniform bottoms will be black spandex.  If your daughter needs to order a pair, please contact Irene Furness to order them.
